Verdict:
The artsy cardboard pack I like but I think the color of this palette makes it look a little like a toy.
The improvement in pigmentation we see in the the Bohemian palette is true of the Circus palette too. It has a wide array if new shades but a few repeats (3 including black and white). I’m loving the purple and lilac for obvious reasons. Will post a look soon…
