Product Review | Hegai & Esther Brow Definer*

Last year Gbemi of Hegai & Esther sent me her Brow Definer in Nubia for review. I have since used it not only on myself but also on many of my clients.

Hegai & Esther Brow Definer comes in a small clear glass-like plastic jar with a back cover. The band name and logo is marked boldly on the cap and through the clear jar you can see the shade of the product. Included in its white box is a travel size synthetic angled brush.

Hegai & Esther Brow Definer has a light smooth cream texture that glides on effortlessly. In addition to how easy it is to apply, its also easy to blend which makes it suitable for a wide range of skin tones. I’ve used it on my self, on clients darker than me and also clients much lighter than I am (see my previous post)
Unlike the OFRA brow gel which was my favourite until now,  it doesn’t dry down too quick, allowing more time to blend or clean up mistakes. This brow definer is available in 2 shades Nubia & Ebony.

They retail for N2,000-N2,500/$10 compared to Anastasia’s DipBrow Pomade at N4,500/$18 or OFRA Brow gel at $24, its great value for your money.

Hegai & Esther Brow Definer is available from Hegai & Esther.com and Stella’s Addiction Makeup Studio & Boutique.

I will definitely be repurchasing this product. As you may have noticed above, I liked it so much we now carry them at the studio. Great value for money. Recently I have favoured brow gels over pencils (which used to be my favs) and this one is now a staple in my kit.

Have you tried brow gels? Which is your favourite?
