Day two look Make up show:
I left home in a hurry on the first day of the show (to find my way in the concrete jungle and all) so I went for a quick just black liner look. Which is fine normally but in my pictures (and there were a lot of them) I looked pretty washed out. So I decided to go for a little more drama on the second day of the show.
Here’s what I did
Base:
I’m wearing MUFE all matt primer, studio fix liquid in NW45 from Mac, set with translucent loose powder in Dark from Sleek Make up and mineralized blush from mac in love thing.
Eyes:
My brows are filled in with the mac’s penultimate brow marker, outlined with foundation (I would use concealer but I didn’t pack any) and on my brow bone I have on light brown eye shadow from the Sleek bohemian I-divine palette.
On my eyelids I started with Urban decay eyeshadow primer potion (no point going dramatic in the eye department without insurance right?). Ok back to the eyes; Inglot eyeshadow in a pearl all over my eye lid, in my crease and the outer corner of my eyelid I have on a mix of dark blue eyeshadow form Sleeks bohemian palette and Precious Gem powder in Amethyst from Mehron. I blended the crease color with into the brow highlight to remove harsh lines.
Black liquid liner from Eve Pearl to line my upper eyelid and Sleek twist up eyeliner in midnight on my waterline and finally short 747 lashes from Monda.
Lips:
For a nude lip I’m wearing Clinic lipstick in Creamy nude.
Nothing like false lashes for instant drama, they are great in pictures because you see the effect they give but its not obvious where its coming from (you’ll see what I mean in my next post).
